Atty. Joy S. Rivera finished her Juris Doctor degree at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009. She graduated from Bicol University in 2003 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and passed the CPA board exam in the same year.
