Ayn Tolentino-Azarcon is a member of the firm's litigation department with a prime focus on labor and employment, corporate, civil and criminal law. She has represented various corporations, including domestic universal banks and a gaming and leisure corporation, before the courts and quasi-judicial agencies.
Matters of significance which Ayn has been involved in include assisting foreign clients on immigration matters; processing extra-judicial settlement of estates of deceased individuals; and conducting due diligence in relation to proposed acquisitions of banks and other entities.
Prior to joining the Firm, she helped manage a family-owned construction company where she handled business contracts, progress billings and project proposals.
Ayn earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Philippine Christian University College of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
