Gabriel Habana is a member of the firm's litigation department with a prime focus on commercial, criminal, and labor law. His areas of practice include international commercial arbitration, tax issues of non-stock non-profit corporations, processing of registrations in economic zones, and incorporation or business registration of foreign corporations in the Philippines.

Prior to joining the firm, he represented the following clients: (1) a university in cases for collection, foreclosure on its campus, and receivership; (2) a real-estate developer in disputes before the HLURB; and (3) a Business Process Outsourcing firm in various labor cases.

Currently, he is a consultant to an architectural, engineering, and construction company, whose projects include: (1) work on US Embassies in Manila, Taipei, and many others; (2) the lease and development of the Morong Special Economic Zone; and (3) various transactions in the San Vicente Tourism Enterprise Zone.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
