Pierse Laudencia specializes in court litigation and dispute resolution. He mainly handles litigation cases involving labor and employment, special proceedings, tax, civil and criminal law.
Pierse has represented a diverse set of clients engaged in various industries, including domestic universal banks and a gaming and leisure corporation, before the courts and quasi-judicial bodies. He is also currently representing a leading agricultural corporation before the Court of Tax Appeals for the refund of value added tax.
Other matters of significance which Pierse has been involved in include advising clients on labor, corporate, and tax matters, as well as immigration concerns; reviewing commercial and employment contracts. He has likewise gained experience in conducting due diligence in relation to proposed acquisitions of different entities.
Pierse graduated with a Bachelor of Arts major in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs at the De La Salle – College of St. Benilde and thereafter studied in the Ateneo School of Law for his Juris Doctor degree. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019.
